Workshop & Custom Group Work Inquiry

Thank you for being interested in collaborating with The Art of Rest. Whether you're interested in a custom workshop, building a program series together, or simply want to begin a conversation about how the work here at The Art of Rest can bolster your pre-existing work—I am so excited to work with you. This questionnaire helps me understand a bit about who you are, where you're coming from, what direction you'd like to head towards, and how I might be able to help.

If you have questions or concerns in filling this out, please feel free to email me at dagnyrose@theartofrest.me.

Some Notes On Collaborative Project Work:

Here at The Art of Rest, we do our best to make our work accessible and available to as many backgrounds as possible. We try to build in scholarship and sponsorship opportunities as often as we can. With that in mind, if your organization is able to creatively help sponsor or provide scholarship for anything we co-create, or pay beyond our current asking rate as a good-faith investment or to directly be placed in our sponsorship pool, your support is greatly appreciated in our long-term work.

Our current pricing ranges look like:

  • Custom One-Off Workshops: $250/hr

  • Custom 6 - 8 Week Program Series: $1400 - $2400 (depending on series needs)

  • Industry-Specific, Sleep-health Consultation Hours: $150/hr

If you're interested in co-creating or collaborating in ways that are not listed about, please don't hesitate to reach out to me about it!

Particularly if you're interested in co-facilitating an offering or have a community-oriented project that makes resources widely accessible (even if the money or idea isn't quite gelled yet), I would love to hear about it.

The Art of Rest splits our time seasonally but is lovingly operated on historical lands of present day Shoshone-Bannock & Nez Perce in the summers and traditional lands of the Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel peoples, in the winter.
