Night Stories
Coming Back Soon

We're revamping a crowd favorite...

The original Night Stories was a seven-night culmination of habit formation, sleep health science, dreamwork, somatic practices, and community wisdom. We're bringing it back soon with more features and fresh stories from the night.

In the meantime, take a look at what previous participants had to say....

Dagny’s NightStories workshop was more than I’d hoped for– fascinating, dynamic, and highly informative. I finished each session feeling warm and more equipped to form a healthy relationship with sleep. Dagny’s knowledge, creativity, and tender spirit cultivated the perfect environment to feel safe and inspired. Thanks Dagny!

The Next Iteration

We're dreaming up Night Stories 2.0.

A New Chapter of Night Stories

Restful sleep is a supportive function of creativity and living an authentic life. This workshop is designed to help you realign with sleep health for overall self-care, wellness, social and emotional processing, and dreaming.

Night Stories combines evidence-based sleep education, lived-experience, practical wisdom, art, movement, community, storytelling and dreamwork to communicate safety to our bodies and allow ourselves to trend towards more restful nights.

This workshop runs over the course of 8 weeks to help the body establish new, supportive patterns towards rest.

The Art of Rest splits our time seasonally but is lovingly operated on historical lands of present day Shoshone-Bannock & Nez Perce in the summers and traditional lands of the Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel peoples, in the winter.
